• Version 2.2 - 19-05-2025 - Changes in OK Procedure Manager, moving a patient from waiting list to scheduled will now trigger a pop-up that requires you to insert a scheduled date for the procedure. This date is also editable in the edit patient function. In procedure manager a column geplande datum also appears now.
• Version 2.3 - 06-06-2025 - NEW function: Department Procedure Logbook Viewer. - Updates: Changes in Procedure Manager, moving a patient from waiting list to scheduled will now trigger a pop-up that requires you to insert a scheduled date for the procedure. • Version 3.9 - 14-12-2025 - NEW Function: Perseus SurgiTime AI allows the estimation of anesthesia and surgery durations using a machine learning model. The model learns by having a feedback loop.
• Version 3.10 - 16-12-2025 - Update: Checklist module now allows to print checklists without location to have a more compact view. Additionally, the "Mijn Checklists" module has a preview function.
• Version 3.11 - 18-12-2025 - Update: Added text in bariatrie module for the next appointment. Bug Fix - geen preoperatieve diabetes does not appear anymore if the patient does not have diabetes preoperatively. New Function - Quick selection categories, warning concerning hidden notifications, option to enable/disable notifications from the start menu.
• Version 4.0 - 19-12-2025 - Major Update: Start menu overhaul. The start menu now has quickfilter buttons to easily retrieve relevant modules. - Overhaul of the notification settings on the start menu with a warning if messages are potentially not displayed. - Perseus Referral: added a notification and event system. Referrers will now see notifications, news items, maintenance updates and event information on the main dashboard. Immediate registration for events is possible. - Perseus referral management center: code that allows the creation of news/events/maintenance/information bulletins has been added. Events can easily be maintained and guest lists can be printed/exported. - Verlofaanvragen now allows you to track your requests and also gives an enhanced overview of conflicting leaves. - Update: Archived waiting lists now show the waiting times calculated on the procedure date unless no procedure date is known.
• Version 4.1 - 24-12-2025 - Update: Checklist assistant now allows the use of barcode scanners and precise locations
• Version 4.2 - 03-02-2026 - NEW function: Consultation planner and integration in the calendar module. Update: Calendar now shows consultation and theatre blocks plus selection based on doctor is possible. Bug fix: patiënt instead of patient in the bariatrie module. Update: Procedure manager popup to confirm that an order is made.
• Version 4.3 - 11-03-2026 - Update: Quicknote - Quicknote now allows administrators to push certain templates and components to all users of the department. Multiselect fields can now display items on separate lines when "(lijst)" is added in the description tab. Calculations can now also calculate differences between date fields.
• Version 4.4 - 28-03-2026 - Bug Fix: Research Manager - the import process is fixed so imports from pubmed with wrong DOI, year or PMID are still processed. Additionally, prevention for the import of duplicates is implemented.
